Button Lock & Safety Switch

Push the safety switch forward to lock the button, so the blade stays closed until you choose to open it. When the red indicator is visible, the safety is off, and the knife is ready to open.

Contoured G10 and Forged Carbon Handle

Jimping and contoured edges create a grip that fills the hand and stays comfortable across a range of hand positions.

Thumb Ramp Blade Jimping

The thumb ramp and blade jimping give you a stable thumb position and fine control, with or without gloves.

Can I switch the deep-carry pocket clip?

Yes, the A3 Delta is designed with both left and right-handed users in mind. The pocket clip comes pre-installed on the right side. We strongly recommend remounting the pocket clip for safety and ideal use.

How does the A3 Delta open up?

The A3 Delta is an automatic folder. Press the button and the blade swings open from the side of the handle. To close, press the button and fold the blade back into the handle.

Does the blade arrive sharpened?

Yes, all TEKTO knives are sharpened before they leave our facilities. However, all blades lose their edge after prolonged use and must be eventually resharpened.

How do I know if the blade is locked?

The blade is locked when the safety switch is pushed forward, away from you, and the red indicator is covered. If you can see the red indicator, the safety is off, and the blade is ready to open.

Seem descent, but probably not an EDC….

It has a good weight and balance, but the blade does not lock consistently. I would say the blade locks about 75% of the time. If the blade is at any angle where it has to fight gravity it’s about 50-50As a First Responder I would rather feel secure that the blade will work every single time.

A3 Delta Review

Disclaimer; I was provided the A3 // Delta in return for an honest review. I’ve had the knife for a little less than 3 weeks now, and my feedback is extremely positive. At first site, the shape and design of the blade gives you a military feel, it is dark, it is easily concealable and it is automatic. The open button allows for quick deployment, but the recoil is limited when compared to other knives like protech godfather, that knife has fallen out of my hand due to the recoil. The lanyard hole is cool because its part of the handle and doesn't stick out, I have not tested the glass breaker yet. The blade arrives sharp and has not dulled out yet, I've cut open several boxes, some rope and my water house at home. The lock button seems secured, I have not had any issues, its easy to use. Overall I really like this knife, I recommend it.

Awesome Folding everyday carry

This is my 3rd Tekto knife and all 3 are just awesome. I have 2 OTF and now this Folding. It is so quick and smooth. Super quality and feels like it will never let me down. I have big hands and this fits like a glove. Can't get over how quick and smooth it opens. Great Value and made in the USA. :)

Exquisite knife

Just pick up on this neatly crafted piece and I’m pleased with the quality of it. The deployment snappy the helt add an air of confidence in my opinion , all in all nice work Tekto.

I’ve had blades from several makers and this is my second tektro. My new daily carry. Light and quick. I abuse blades often and holds up well. Holds and takes an edge very well. Very pleased.
